My child plans to complete an evaluation to begin speech therapy services… what can I expect?

• Prior to the evaluation, intake paperwork will be electronically sent to you through Simple Practice, our Electronic Medical Record platform

• You will work with Allie to schedule the evaluation, which will be completed at the Northglenn office

• Once the evaluation is complete, you will be provided with an electronic and paper copy of the full report

• We will discuss the best time to have your child’s regularly scheduled therapy sessions

• You will receive progress reports every 3-6 months while your child is receiving speech therapy services
