Payment for screenings, assessment, and therapy services can be completed by cash, check, or credit card/HSA card. Payment will be due on the day of service. Please contact us for more information and to learn about rates of services.

Insurance

Allie Johnson Speech Therapy, LLC is private pay only and does not accept insurance. While your insurance company will not be billed directly, you may be able to seek reimbursement for services through your out-of-network benefits. It is strongly encouraged that you confirm your out-of-network benefits with your insurance provider prior to beginning therapy. Upon request, you can be provided with an invoice (superbill) at the end of each month for all services, which may be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

We also acknowledge that times are tough for many of us and there are often many barriers to receiving services.
